What are the OFSI Reports in agentOS and how do I use them?
The OFSI Reports suite in agentOS provides a set of custom reports under the Accounts section, giving a detailed breakdown of who has been sanctions-checked and when. Reports are available for landlords, tenants, applicants, contractors, and vendors.
The OFSI Reports suite is a collection of custom reports that appear within the Accounts section of agentOS. They are designed to give a detailed breakdown of which contacts have been subject to Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) checks, along with the dates and outcomes of those checks.
Where to find the OFSI Reports
The reports are located within the Accounts section, under the OFSI Checks group. The following reports are available:
- OFSI Monitoring – Applicant
- OFSI Monitoring – Contractor
- OFSI Monitoring – Landlord
- OFSI Monitoring – Tenant
- OFSI Monitoring – Vendors
What the reports show
Each report displays financial activity on the relevant accounts and includes the following columns:
- Last Credit date
- Last Debit date
- Sanctions Identity Match Percent
- Sanctions Bank Match Percent
- Last Sanctions Check date
- First Sanctions Check date
- Sanction Match status
- AML Check Passed status
By default, the reports apply a date range filter covering the last six months and display the most recent financial activity on each account.
Filtering and exporting
Results can be filtered by date range using the Apply Filters option. You can also export results to Excel using the Export to Excel button, and use the search bar to locate specific records within the report. Columns can be grouped by dragging a column header to the grouping area at the top of the results table.
