How do I upload a Power Report file in agentOS?

To install a Power Report, go to the person icon > Settings > OS Customisations and use the Install Package button to upload your report file. If you cannot see the OS Customisations option, Power Reporting will need to be activated on your account.

Power Report packages are distributed as files that you install directly into your agentOS account. Once installed, the reports will appear in the relevant section of agentOS ready to use.

Before you begin

You will need the report package file. This can be supplied by the agentOS support team or downloaded from a relevant guide or article.

Installation steps

  1. Click the person icon in the top right corner of your agentOS account.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. From the list, click OS Customisations.
  4. Click the Install Package button on the right side of the screen.
  5. Select your file when prompted and complete the upload.
  6. Close the pop-up — your newly installed report will appear in the list.

If you cannot see OS Customisations

Power Reporting is not active on your account. Contact support@agentos.com to have it activated.

If you cannot see the Install Package button

Your user security settings may be restricting access. Contact support@agentos.com to review your permissions.
