How do I view balances for tenants, landlords, and contractors in agentOS?
The People Balances section in agentOS Accounts gives you a quick, filterable view of all tenants, landlords, and contractors with a non-zero balance — without needing to export from the debtors and creditors report.
The People Balances section is available within the Accounts tab in agentOS and provides a faster, more direct way to check balances across tenants, landlords, and contractors. It only shows records with an actual balance, so anyone with a zero balance is excluded, keeping the results focused and actionable.
Reports available
The People Balances section includes the following six reports:
- Contractors In Credit
- Contractors In Debit
- Landlords In Credit
- Landlords In Debit
- Tenants In Credit
- Tenants In Debit
A dash (—) alongside each report indicates the current balance total for that group.
Why use this instead of the debtors and creditors report?
Previously, checking people balances required exporting the debtors and creditors report and then reviewing each record individually. The People Balances section brings this information together in one place, allowing you to check balances and take action more quickly.
Installing the reports
If you cannot see the People Balances section in your Accounts area, the report packages will need to be installed. Please contact support@agentos.com and the team can install them for you. Alternatively, you can upload the individual packages yourself via OS Customisations.
