How do I view and manage let agreed tenancies in agentOS?
The Let Agreed Tenancies Power Report, found in Lettings > Tenancy Reports, gives you an interactive view of all let agreed tenancies with clickable links to the property, tenancy, and landlord, and allows you to take actions directly from the report.
The Let Agreed Tenancies report is an interactive Power Report located within the Lettings section of agentOS under Tenancy Reports. A number displayed alongside the report name shows how many let agreed tenancies are currently in the system.
What the report shows
The report displays key details for each let agreed tenancy, including:
- Tenancy type
- Start date
- Fixed date
- End date
- Tenant name
- Property address
- Main landlord
The tenancy, property, and landlord are all displayed as clickable links, allowing you to navigate directly to the relevant record without having to search separately.
Taking actions from the report
Clicking the orange arrow on a tenancy row reveals the tenancy actions menu, from which you can perform a range of actions including:
- Cancel the let agreed status
- Sign the tenancy
- Abandon the tenancy
- Print Brochure or Window Display
- Post landlord or tenant inventory letters
Where to find the report
Navigate to Lettings > Tenancy Reports > Let Agreed Tenancies. If you see two entries with this name, one will display a number (showing the count of let agreed tenancies) — this is the interactive Power Report version.
