How do I view all tenant balances on a landlord's account in agentOS?
The Tenant Balances Power Report, accessible from the landlord's account page, shows all tenant balances associated with a landlord's instruction — including ended tenancies — in one place.
The Tenant Balances Power Report is available directly from the landlord's account page in agentOS, under the Power Reports section in the left-hand panel. It looks up every tenant balance linked to an instruction that is not closed, which means it includes ended tenancies as well as active ones.
This makes it straightforward to see all tenant balances associated with a particular landlord without having to search through individual tenancy records.
What the report shows
The report displays key information including:
- The property associated with each tenancy.
- The tenancy type and status.
- The tenant's name.
- The amount of rent owed (Owed Rent column).
- The main account balance.
Installing the report
If you cannot see the Tenant Balances report on a landlord's account, the package will need to be installed. You can either download the file and upload it yourself via OS Customisations, or contact support@agentos.com and the team can install it for you.
