How do I search for contractors by type in agentOS?
Use the Contractor List Power Report in your Maintenance section to search and filter your contractors by type, company name, or surname.
The Contractor List report is a Power Report available within the Maintenance section of agentOS. It allows you to search across all of your contractors and filter the results by contractor type, making it easy to locate specific tradespeople or companies.
Using the report
The report includes the following filter fields:
- Contractor Type — select a type from the dropdown (e.g. Building Management, Plumber, Electrician) to list only contractors of that type.
- Company Name — search by the name of the contractor's company.
- Surname — search by the contractor's surname.
Once you have set your filters, click Apply Filters to update the results.
Installing the report
If you cannot see the Contractor List report in your Maintenance section, the report package will need to be installed. You can upload it yourself by following the article on installing Power Report packages, or contact support@agentos.com and the team can install it for you.
