How do I search for a person by phone number or email address in agentOS?
Use the People Report Power Report to search for any person in agentOS by their telephone number or email address — useful when you have contact details but not a name.
The People Report is a Power Report in agentOS that allows you to search for a person using their telephone number or email address, rather than their name. This is particularly helpful when you receive a call or message from an unrecognised number or email and need to identify who it belongs to.
Using the report
Simply type the phone number or email address into the search field within the report. The results will display the matching person along with their main email address and mobile phone number.
Installing the report
If you cannot see the People Report in your system, the report package will need to be installed. You can upload it yourself via OS Customisations, or contact support@agentos.com and the team can install it for you.
