How do I run Right to Rent reports in agentOS?

agentOS includes two Right to Rent Power Reports — one for upcoming visa expiry dates and one for expired visas — both available in your Lettings Reports section once installed.

agentOS provides two separate Right to Rent reports, available within the Lettings section of your dashboard under Lettings Reports:

  • Right To Rent — shows tenants with a visa due date in the future.
  • Right To Rent Expired — shows tenants with a visa due date that has already passed.

A count is displayed alongside each report name indicating how many tenants are currently captured.

Installing the reports

To install the Right to Rent reports, you will need to download the report package file and upload it via OS Customisations. Follow the article on installing Power Report packages for step-by-step instructions, or contact support@agentos.com and the team can install it for you.

Once installed, the reports will appear in your Lettings Reports section.

Adjusting the date filters

By default, the Right To Rent report looks at any visa due date set in the future, and the Right To Rent Expired report looks for any past dates. If you want to narrow the results to a specific date range:

  1. Navigate to Lettings > Lettings Reports.
  2. Click the settings icon (⚙) on the Lettings Reports heading.
  3. Open the report you wish to amend and edit the Grid Filter for Visa Due date accordingly.
