How do I report on rent collection performance by property manager in agentOS?
Use the Rent Collection Performance Power Report, found in your Accounts section under Custom Power Reports, to see rent collection performance broken down by property manager.
The Rent Collection Performance report is a Power Report that sits within the Accounts section of agentOS, under Custom Power Reports. It allows you to view rent collection data broken down by property manager, giving you a clear picture of performance across your team.

Where to find the report
Navigate to the Accounts tab on your dashboard. Under the Custom Power Reports section, look for the Rent Collection Performance report. A number alongside the report name indicates how many records are currently included.
Installing the report
If you cannot see the Rent Collection Performance report in your Accounts section, the report package will need to be installed. Please contact support@agentos.com and the team can install it for you, or refer to the article on installing Power Report packages for instructions on how to upload it yourself via OS Customisations.
Using the report
Once installed, the report displays rent collection data broken down by property manager, giving you the insight you need to assess performance and identify any areas that may require attention.
