How do I find properties that are missing certificates in agentOS?
Use the Properties Without Certificates Power Report, found in your Maintenance Reports section, to identify all properties that are missing a particular type of certificate such as an EPC or Gas Safety certificate.
The Properties Without Certificates report is a Power Report that sits within your Maintenance section. It allows you to quickly identify all properties in your portfolio that do not have a specific type of certificate recorded against them.
Where to find the report
Navigate to the Maintenance tab on your dashboard. Under the Maintenance Reports section, you will find the report listed — for example, as Property Without EPC, with a count of how many properties are currently affected shown alongside it.
Installing the report
If you cannot see a Properties Without Certificates report in your Maintenance section, the report package will need to be uploaded to your account. Please contact support@agentos.com and the team can install this for you, or refer to the article on installing Power Report packages for instructions on how to do this yourself via OS Customisations.
Using the report
Once installed, click on the report to view all properties that are missing the relevant certificate. The results are displayed in an interactive grid, allowing you to click directly through to the property, tenancy, or landlord record to take action without having to search separately.
