How do I find closed tenants in agentOS?
Install the Closed Tenancies custom Power Report to search for and manage closed tenants, including performing actions such as transferring a tenant to or from another person.
Finding closed tenants in agentOS can be done using the Closed Tenancies — Tenants custom Power Report. Once installed, this report gives you a searchable list of closed tenants and allows you to perform a range of actions directly from the results.
Searching within the report
The report includes a search field that allows you to locate a specific tenant by name. Results are displayed in an interactive grid showing the closed tenancy details.
Taking actions on a tenant
Clicking the dropdown on any tenant row reveals an actions menu with a range of options, including the ability to transfer a tenant to or from another person, as well as a full set of accounting actions.
Managing bonds (deposits) for closed tenants
If you need to make a bond (deposit) undue, go to the tenant's account and contra the bond becoming due — but ensure the bond outstanding has a balance before doing so. If you need to move a bond back to the main account, you will need to contra the Bond Held account and then contra the bond becoming due. After any use of Contra, always check all sub-accounts to confirm the action has been applied correctly.
Installing the report
