How do I find all properties with an EPC rating of C or below in agentOS?

Install the EPC with C Rating or Below Power Report to your Maintenance section to view all properties where the current EPC Energy Efficiency Rating is below a C rating.

The EPC with C Rating or Below report is a Power Report that sits within the Maintenance section of agentOS under Custom Power Reports. It allows you to quickly identify all properties in your portfolio where the EPC Energy Efficiency Rating (EER) falls below a C rating — useful for monitoring compliance and planning improvement works.

Installing the report

To install the report:

  1. Click the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard.
  2. Navigate to OS Customisations (if you cannot see this option, contact support@agentos.com to activate Power Reporting for your account).
  3. Click Install Package and upload the file.

Important: updating the Certificate Type filter

Because the Certificate Type ID is unique to each agentOS account, you will need to update the filter after installing the report before it will return correct results. To do this:

  1. Navigate to Maintenance and click the settings icon (⚙) on the Maintenance Reports heading.
  2. Locate the EPC report in the list and click into it.
  3. Find the Grid Filters section and click Edit on the Certificate Type EQUALS filter.
  4. Click Grid Filter to open the filter settings.
  5. In the Default Value (Optional) field, clear the existing value and type EPC.
  6. Click Grid Filter to save.

Once updated, click Test Report to confirm the report is returning all EPC certificates with a current EER below 69 (equivalent to a C rating or below).
