How do I check tenant balances by property or landlord in agentOS?
Use the Landlord — Tenant Balances report in agentOS to search for and view all tenant balances, filtering either by property address or by landlord name.
The Landlord — Tenant Balances report allows you to view tenant balances across your portfolio, searchable by either property or landlord. This makes it easy to quickly identify any outstanding balances regardless of which angle you are approaching from.
Searching the report
The report includes the following filter fields:
- Address Number — enter a property number to search by address.
- Address Line 1 — enter the street name or first line of the address.
- Forename — enter the landlord's first name.
- Surname — enter the landlord's surname.
Once you have entered your search criteria, click Apply Filters to display the relevant results.
Exporting results
The report also includes an Export to Excel option, allowing you to download the results for further analysis if needed.
Where to find the report
The Landlord — Tenant Balances report is located in the appropriate reports section of agentOS. If you cannot see it, it may need to be installed. You can upload it yourself by following the article on installing Power Report packages, or contact support@agentos.com and the team can assist.
