Why is the AI user saying it can't find the information?
What to update the AI user. What to ask the AI user when it comes back with "it can't find the information."
First thing to try
1. Ask the AI user what philtres it used. If it replies none, tell it to query with filters.
2. Then ask it to rewrite the original prompt so that it can be updated.
