Why has my payment not cleared in Calmony?

You have likely exceeded your daily payment limit or your single payment limit. The payment will wait until the next day, or you can request a higher limit. To check your limits in seconds, just ask the AI user.


Check your limits 

Ask the AI user what your daily limits are and it can confirm.

 The defaults sit at 

  • Maximum payment amount (default £50,000)
  • Maximum daily amount (default 100 payments)

Check your limits manually

Go to Company Settings, open the Calmony tab, then view Account Limits.


Check if you have hit the limit

Open the account. If the day's payment count has exceeded your maximum daily amount e.g £100,000 or the single payment is above your maximum payment amount e.g £50,000, it will not clear until the following day


Need a higher limit

If you require a hire limit then please can the account holder contact support and your request will be sent to Calmony's MLRO officer, who will review and subject to approval can increase the single payment and/or daily limit.
