Why can't I see a landlord in the Pay People in Credit section?

Landlords only appear in Pay People in Credit when their account has a credit balance available to pay out.

If a landlord is missing from the Pay People in Credit section, this typically means their account doesn't currently have a credit balance to pay out. The system only displays landlords who have funds available for payment.

To investigate why a landlord isn't showing:

  1. Search for the landlord in agentOS
  2. Navigate to the Accounts section on the left-hand ladder
  3. Review their rent receipts and recent debits to understand their current balance

Once the landlord's account shows funds available to be paid out, they will automatically appear in the Pay People in Credit section.
