What training is included with my agentOS or agentPay onboarding?
Your onboarding includes tailored training sessions covering navigation, lettings, maintenance, accounts, and sales (where applicable), split across multiple sessions to ensure thorough learning.
Training is included as part of your onboarding package and consists of a set number of hours tailored to your agency's needs. Training is typically split into several sessions across a few days to ensure you have time to absorb the information and practise between sessions.
Your training will cover:
- Navigation & Lettings – System overview and core lettings functionality
- Maintenance – Managing repairs, contractors, and maintenance workflows
- Accounts – Financial management, invoicing, and reporting
- Sales – Sales functionality (where applicable to your agency)
Training Format: All training sessions are conducted online via Microsoft Teams. Once dates are confirmed, you'll receive a Teams invite for all participants. All you need is a microphone, a good internet connection, and a screen large enough to see what's being shared. Sessions can be recorded for your records.

How do I arrange my training sessions during onboarding?
Your onboarding contact at onboarding@agentos.com will arrange your training directly with our training team. Once arranged, a trainer will reach out to you to schedule mutually convenient dates and times.
Important: Training sessions are only available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We'll work with you to find times that suit your schedule within these days.
Are there online training resources available?
Yes! In addition to your scheduled training sessions, you can access our self-paced online training platform on Teachable. These resources allow you to revisit topics, learn at your own pace, and refresh your knowledge whenever needed. The online platform is available 24/7 and complements your live training sessions.
When will I receive my login credentials and access to the system?
You have flexibility in how your training and system access are scheduled. You can choose to:
Option 1: Logins first, then training Receive your login credentials first, then attend training. This allows you to explore the system beforehand and come to training sessions with questions based on your initial exploration.
Option 2: Training first, then logins Complete your training first, then receive your logins. This allows you to apply what you've learned immediately when you first access the system.

Can I purchase additional training sessions after onboarding?
Yes, additional training sessions can be purchased if you need extra support or want to train additional staff members. Contact training@agentos.com for information about training options, costs, and how to book.
