What tags can I use in a tenancy agreement template?

The following tags are available for use in agentOS tenancy agreement templates.

Important: Several tags marked below must be placed inside a table in your template. If used outside a table, the document will loop and repeat per the number of landlords or tenants linked to the tenancy.

Landlord tags

Tag	What it displays	Notes
`[[Landlord.Name]]`	The landlord's full name (e.g. Miss Katie Jones)	Must be inside a table
`[[Landlord.Forename]]`	The landlord's forename (e.g. Katie)	Must be inside a table
`[[Landlord.Surname]]`	The landlord's surname (e.g. Jones)	Must be inside a table
`[[DisplayLandlordsInline]]`	The full names of all landlords linked to the tenancy displayed inline (e.g. Miss Katie Jones, Mr Jacob Davies)
`[[Landlord.Address.Address1]]`	The 1st line of the landlord's address	Must be inside a table
`[[Landlord.Address.Address2]]`	The 2nd line of the landlord's address	Must be inside a table
`[[Landlord.Address.Address3]]`	The 3rd line of the landlord's address	Must be inside a table

Tenancy detail tags

Tag	What it displays
`[[Tenancy.StartDate]]`	The tenancy start date
`[[Tenancy.EndDate]]`	The tenancy end date
`[[Tenancy.Rent]]`	The rent amount
`[[Tenancy.Deposit]]`	The deposit amount
`[[Tenancy.RentFrequency]]`	How often rent is charged (e.g. Monthly)
`[[Tenancy.GlobalReference]]`	The tenancy reference number
`[[Tenancy.Type]]`	The tenancy type (e.g. Assured Shorthold)

Guarantor tags

`[[Guarantor.Address1]]`	The 1st line of the guarantor's address
`[[Guarantor.Address2]]`	The 2nd line of the guarantor's address
