What tags can I use in a custom sales document template?

When creating a Custom Document Template with 'generate for' set to 'Sales Offer' or 'Sales Instruction', you can use the tags below to automatically populate offer, purchaser, vendor, and negotiator details.

The following tags can be used in a Custom Document Template when 'generate for' is set to 'Sales Offer' or 'Sales Instruction'.

Sales offer tags

Tag What it displays
[[Offer.Instruction.GlobalReference]] The sale reference (e.g. Sale-1)
[[Offer.Amount]:format(£#,###)] The property offer price (e.g. £150,000)
[[Offer.Instruction.Price]:Format(£#,###)] The property asking price (e.g. £180,000)
[[Offer.Instruction.Negotiator.Forename]] The negotiator's forename (e.g. James, Laura)
[[Offer.Instruction.Negotiator.Surname]] The negotiator's surname (e.g. Davies, Jones)
[[Offer.Instruction.DisplayAddress]] The property address (e.g. 1 Test Address1, Test Address2, Test Address3, Test Address4, TE57 3ET)
