What SMS services does agentOS offer?
agentOS offers two SMS options: Send-Only SMS (branded name, one-way messaging from 4p per message) and Send & Receive SMS (dedicated number, two-way messaging with your first number free).
agentOS offers two flexible SMS options designed to suit different communication needs in property management and estate agency:
Send-Only SMS This option allows you to send messages from a branded name (up to 11 characters, such as 'Agentbrand'). There's no monthly fee—you only pay for the messages you send: 4p per message to UK numbers and 7p to international numbers. Please note that clients cannot reply to these messages, making this ideal for one-way communications like alerts and updates.
Send & Receive SMS This option provides you with a dedicated SMS number for full two-way communication. Your first number is free, with additional numbers costing £5 per month + VAT. Messages cost 7p to send (both UK and international), whilst receiving messages is completely free. Replies come directly to your inbox and integrate fully with client records in agentOS.
