What is Power Reporting and how do I use it?

Power Reporting Introduction

 

Power Reporting provides fully interactive grids for custom reporting in agentOS. These reports can be placed individually or nested amongst existing reports.

Filters - Report on data of your choice by selecting columns and applying grid filters to return the results you need.

 

Interactive Grid - Go straight to records or perform actions without using the search function.

 

Customisation - Generate and customise reports based on your specific needs.

 

Getting Started

 

Navigate to the relevant dashboard tab where you want to save your report. Click the settings cog icon to access the custom report setup page.

 

Creating a Report

 

Click the 'Add' button to create a new report. Enter the 'Title' and 'Access Level'. It is recommended to set Access Level to 'Negotiator' so all users with this role and above can access the report.

 

Report Configuration

 

Select the Company as your starting point. Expand branches using the menu icon. Choose linked records and collections containing the data you wish to include.

 

Use the 'Select' button to choose columns for display. Apply filters using the 'Grid Filters' section. Use 'Test Report' to preview and 'Layout Report' to rearrange columns.

 

Remember to save your layout once satisfied with the arrangement.
