How do I send mass emails or mail merge to contacts in agentOS?
Export contact lists from agentOS reports and use your email client's BCC field or mail merge functionality for bulk communications to tenants, landlords, or other contacts.
There may be times where you find it is necessary to send a mass mail merge to a group of contacts to alert them to news, current affairs, seasonal information and more.
We do not recommend using the mailing tool within the agentOS system for this action, however you can export contact details from the relevant people reports such as:
• All People List
• All Tenants List
• Active Landlords List
These are found under the lettings tab and towards the bottom half of the page.
If you export the report to Excel, you can take the data within the email address column and paste it all into the Bcc field OR you can make use of the Mail Merge tool itself, provided by Outlook.
