How tenants report maintenance
Tenants can report maintenance issues directly through MyProp app by providing detailed text descriptions of problems, including:
- Specific problem descriptions
- Location within the property
- When the issue was noticed
- Any relevant circumstances



Automatic integration with agentOS
All maintenance requests submitted through MyProp app automatically appear in your agentOS inbox under 'Maintenance Requests', eliminating the back-and-forth of phone calls and emails. This centralised approach ensures no requests are missed and provides a clear audit trail of all reported issues.


Photo upload capability
Currently, photo uploads are not available when tenants report maintenance through the standard MyProp app interface. Tenants provide detailed text descriptions which appear in your agentOS inbox for processing.
However, if photo documentation is essential for your maintenance workflow, this capability is available through Fixflo integration (see below), where photo uploads form part of Fixflo's guided repair reporting process.
Access for tenants
Because MyProp app is web-based rather than requiring app downloads, tenants can access it from any device with a browser. This universal accessibility means higher adoption rates and easier maintenance reporting for your tenants.

Fixflo Integration

We can configure MyProp app to replace the standard "report a maintenance issue" button with a direct link to your preferred system's URL. When tenants click to report maintenance, they're taken directly to your chosen platform rather than the standard agentOS maintenance reporting interface.
This approach allows you to:

- Continue using systems you've invested in
- Leverage MyProp app's other features whilst using your preferred maintenance platform
- Avoid disrupting established workflows during migration to agentOS
