What links and features can I include in an online brochure?

Online brochures can include social media links, website links, property shortlists, messaging, viewing bookings, offer submissions, property searches, and optional analytics tracking.

The online brochure offers multiple pathways to guide your potential clients based on their preferences.

Social media and website links: You can incorporate links to your social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (X), or guide them back to your primary website. Our usual suggestion is to include links to:

  • Your homepage
  • Sales search page
  • Lettings search page

Menu features: On the right side of the online brochure, you'll find a menu with various action links:

Shortlist: The online brochure allows clients to add properties to their shortlist. This shortlist is prominently displayed at the bottom of the page and on the left-hand sidebar for convenient access.

Send message: Options include a link to your website, a mailto: link, or a customised form created by our team.

Book viewing: You can choose:

  • A direct link to your agentOS diary
  • A Calendly link integration
  • Direct scheduling into your Google calendar

Make offer: Can function as a link to your website or utilise a mailto: link for convenient email communication.

Property search: Can link to your website search functionality or use a mailto: link.

Sell/Rent your house: Can link to your valuation page or use a mailto: link.

Privacy policy: This is linked to the agentOS privacy policy.

Analytics tracking (optional): Even though it doesn't appear on the online brochure itself, you have the option to share your Analytics ID with us. This enables you to track and monitor the frequency with which clients view your properties.
