What is the cancellation policy for agentOS training sessions?
If you need to cancel a booked agentOS training session, charges may apply depending on how much notice you give. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee.
agentOS has a training session cancellation policy in place to protect trainer availability and ensure all clients can be served effectively. The policy applies to all booked training sessions, including those arranged during onboarding and any additional sessions booked afterwards.
Cancellation charges
The following charges apply based on how much notice is given before the scheduled session:
- Less than 24 hours' notice – The full session fee is payable.
- Less than 48 hours' notice – 50% of the session fee is payable.
- Short-notice bookings – If a session is booked at short notice and then cancelled, the charge is non-refundable. By booking a short-notice session, you accept this risk.
Late arrivals
There is a 10-minute grace period if you are running slightly behind. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, the session may be forfeited and the full fee may still apply.
