This branded URL (e.g., myprop.app/harringtonestates) takes clients directly to your agency's portal where they create and then sign in with their credentials. This direct access reinforces your professional identity and provides immediate account access.

Universal Access Option

Clients can alternatively visit myprop.app to see an overview of all their property accounts across different agencies. They simply select your company from their account list to access their portal with you.

This option is particularly useful for landlords or tenants who work with multiple agencies or are managing properties in different locations.

Getting Started with MyProp

MyProp is included with agentOS at no additional cost. To enable MyProp for your clients:

  1. Ensure client records (landlords, tenants, etc.) have valid email addresses in agentOS
  2. Clients receive automated invitation emails with login credentials (contact support to have this set up)
  3. They access MyProp through your branded URL or myprop.app
  4. They're immediately able to access their accounts and relevant features
