A rent chase in agentOS is a feature that allows you to send reminder communications to tenants with overdue rent via SMS or email.

A rent chase in agentOS is a feature that allows you to contact tenants who have overdue rent to remind them to pay. The system helps you identify tenants with outstanding rent and provides tools to communicate with them efficiently.

How agentOS supports rent chasing:

The Rent Chase feature (found under Accounts > Rent Chase) provides:

  • A list of all tenants with outstanding rent payments
  • The ability to sort by "Debt Days" to see how long rent has been overdue
  • Options to send chase communications via SMS or email
  • Bulk chase functionality to contact multiple tenants at once

Accessing the rent chase feature:

Navigate to Accounts, then select "Rent Chase" to view all tenants with outstanding rent and access the chase communication tools.

Your organisation will have its own procedures for when and how to chase rent. The agentOS system provides the tools to execute those procedures efficiently.
