What email addresses does agentOS provide by default?
agentOS automatically provides email addresses using your company's short name and home.letmc.com domain for your company, branches, and individual staff members.
When you first access agentOS, the system automatically provides email addresses for communication without any additional setup required.
Default email address structure
All default email addresses follow this format: [Email Address Name]@[Company Short Name].home.letmc.com
For example: info@agentosletting.home.letmc.com
What is the Company Short Name?
This is the name given to your company when you were first granted access to the system. It forms the first part of your default email addresses.
What is the Email Address Name?
This is the customisable part that appears before the @ symbol. Different types of addresses use different naming conventions:
Company and branch email addresses: You can customise the Email Address Name to suit your needs (such as "info", "enquiries", or "lettings").
Staff member email addresses: These are created automatically when user accounts are added to the system. The Email Address Name defaults to the username specified during account creation.
Adding additional email addresses
Beyond the automatically created addresses, you can add further email addresses to the system as needed for different departments or purposes.
Moving to branded emails
Whilst these default addresses work perfectly well for system functionality, they don't reflect your company's branding. If you want to use your own professional domain name (such as @yourbusiness.co.uk), you can upgrade to agentOS Branded Emails.
For more information about branded email options, contact onboarding@agentos.com for new clients or support@agentos.com for existing clients.
