What does the Overview section show in my Calmony account?

When you open your Calmony account, the Overview section is the first screen you see. It provides a summary of your client bank account and recent transactions.

Account details shown

At the top of the Overview section you will see:

• Account name — Your company's client account name as registered with Griffin Bank
• Sort code — Your account sort code
• Account number — Your account number
• Available balance — The funds available for use
• Current balance — The total current balance of the account

Transaction list

Below the account details is a transaction list. By default this shows transactions for today's date, but you can adjust the date range using the date selectors at the top of the list. Transactions can be expanded by clicking the arrow to the left of each entry to reveal full payment details, including amount, currency, payment ID, sender account number, sort code, name, and Faster Payment ID where applicable.

The left-hand navigation provides access to all areas of your Calmony account, including:

• Overview — Account summary and transactions
• Account Details — Registered account information
• Payment and Standing Orders — Payment tracking
• Payees — All payees registered to your account
• Payee Verifications — Verification status of payees
• Fast Payments — Log of fast payment transactions
• Bulk & BACS Payments — Batch payment management
• Account Monthly Statements — Downloadable monthly statements
• Pooled Account Members — Management of pooled accounts
• Staff App & Payments Access — Staff and payments access settings
• Unknown Payment Sources — Payments received that have not been matched to a payee
• Sanctions Monitoring — OFSI sanctions monitoring list
• OFSI Sanction Checks Made — Log of sanctions checks performed
