Tenants use MyProp app to view tenancy information, report maintenance issues, make secure rent payments, access important documents, and track upcoming appointments.

MyProp app provides tenants with complete tenancy transparency and convenient self-service tools, reducing the need for phone calls and emails whilst giving tenants 24/7 access to important information.

Accessing MyProp as a Tenant

Tenants access MyProp through:

  • Your agency's branded portal: myprop.app/[yourshortname], or
  • The universal portal: myprop.app (then select your agency)

After signing in, tenants see their tenancy dashboard with property information and available actions.

Complete Tenancy Transparency

Tenants have instant access to comprehensive tenancy information:

Property Details

  • Full property address
  • Property image
  • Instruction reference number

Tenancy Status

  • Current tenancy status (e.g., "Let Agreed Tenancy (First Let)")
  • Tenancy start date

  • Monthly rent amount
