What are client leaving packs?
When a client leaves agentOS, they may need to migrate their data to another system. Internal system IDs (such as those used for data imports) are not included in standard exports, as these are agentOS's intellectual property. However, agentOS can produce these IDs for clients using custom reports as part of a leaving pack.
These reports are not visible to clients directly, as they are created under the System Administrator account. They must therefore be run and exported by agentOS staff on the client's behalf.
