What are agentOS Branded Emails?
agentOS Branded Emails allows you to replace default system email addresses with your own professional domain name, creating a more professional appearance whilst automatically logging all correspondence.
agentOS Branded Emails is a service that enables you to customise the email addresses used for sending and receiving emails through the system.
Default email addresses
When you first access agentOS, you're provided with default email addresses based on your company's short name and the domain home.letmc.com. These include:
- Company email address
- Branch email addresses
- Individual staff member email addresses (created automatically when user accounts are added)
For example, a default email address might look like: info@agentosletting.home.letmc.com
Whilst these addresses work perfectly well, they don't conform to your company's branding.
Branded email addresses
With Branded Emails, you can replace these default addresses with your own professional domain name. Using the same example, your branded address would look like: info@agentoslettingagents.co.uk

Professional appearance: Clients see emails from your business domain, reinforcing your brand identity in every interaction.
Automatic logging: All email correspondence is automatically recorded within agentOS and linked to individual contacts, creating a complete communication history.
Centralised communication: Manage client emails directly within agentOS alongside your property management activities.
Important consideration: If you already have a domain set up for business use, you may be better off using a different domain for use with agentOS. This prevents any conflicts with your existing email infrastructure.
You can choose between two service options depending on your business needs: Send & Receive (full email routing through agentOS) or Send Only (branded sending with replies going to your existing email system).
