Making a Fast Payment

A step-by-step guide to sending fast payments through your account.

How to Make a Fast Payment

  1. Navigate to the Payees section
  2. Click Actions beside the relevant payee
  3. Select Make Fast Payment
  4. Enter the following details:
    • Reference (max 18 alphanumeric characters)
    • Amount
    • Your payment 2FA code
  5. Click Make Fast Payment
  6. The payment will appear on the Overview page or Fast Payments page within a couple of minutes 

Payments are processed 24/7 and typically complete within 5 minutes.
