Login Help & Troubleshooting

If you've received your login details but are having trouble accessing your account, please follow the steps below.

First-Time Login

When you log in for the first time using your temporary password, you'll be prompted to set a new password and configure two-factor authentication (2FA). Complete the steps in this exact order:

  1. Enter your existing (temporary) password
  2. Enter your new password - do not click Save yet
  3. Open an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) and scan the QR code
  4. Enter the 2FA code generated by the app
  5. Click Save
  6. On the following page, enter your new password

Having Trouble Logging In?

Try the following steps in order:

  1. Enter your credentials manually - do not use autofill
  2. Open a private/incognito window and try logging in again
  3. Clear your cache and cookies

How to Clear Cache & Cookies

Chrome / Edge / Firefox:

  1. Open Settings → Privacy & Security
  2. Find Clear Browsing Data
  3. Select Cookies and Site Data
  4.  Set the time range - the past day should be sufficient, but select All Time if the issue persists 
  5. Click Clear Data
