Login Help & Troubleshooting
If you've received your login details but are having trouble accessing your account, please follow the steps below.
First-Time Login
When you log in for the first time using your temporary password, you'll be prompted to set a new password and configure two-factor authentication (2FA). Complete the steps in this exact order:
- Enter your existing (temporary) password
- Enter your new password - do not click Save yet
- Open an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) and scan the QR code
- Enter the 2FA code generated by the app
- Click Save
- On the following page, enter your new password
Having Trouble Logging In?
Try the following steps in order:
- Enter your credentials manually - do not use autofill
- Open a private/incognito window and try logging in again
- Clear your cache and cookies
How to Clear Cache & Cookies
Chrome / Edge / Firefox:
- Open Settings → Privacy & Security
- Find Clear Browsing Data
- Select Cookies and Site Data
- Set the time range - the past day should be sufficient, but select All Time if the issue persists
- Click Clear Data
