How to Set Up Your Payment 2FA Code

Your payment 2FA code is separate from your login 2FA code. Once set up, you'll have two codes in your authenticator app - one for logging in and one for authorising payments.

Overview

When you first set up your Calmony account, you will have created a 2FA code for logging in.  Authorising payments requires a second, separate 2FA code - this needs to be set up manually before you can process payments. Follow the steps below to get it added to your authenticator app.


Steps

  1. Navigate to Staff App & Payments Access
  2. Select Actions beside your name (if your name appears more than once, select the top entry)
  3. Select Setup 2FA Authenticator
  4. Enter your Calmony password
  5. Scan the QR code using your authenticator app

Once complete, you will see two 2FA codes in your authenticator app:

  • One for logging in
  • One for authorising payments (typically the bottom code)
