How to Set Up Your Payment 2FA Code
Your payment 2FA code is separate from your login 2FA code. Once set up, you'll have two codes in your authenticator app - one for logging in and one for authorising payments.
Overview
When you first set up your Calmony account, you will have created a 2FA code for logging in. Authorising payments requires a second, separate 2FA code - this needs to be set up manually before you can process payments. Follow the steps below to get it added to your authenticator app.
Steps
- Navigate to Staff App & Payments Access
- Select Actions beside your name (if your name appears more than once, select the top entry)
- Select Setup 2FA Authenticator
- Enter your Calmony password
- Scan the QR code using your authenticator app
Once complete, you will see two 2FA codes in your authenticator app:
- One for logging in
- One for authorising payments (typically the bottom code)
