How does Calmony integrate with agentOS?

Calmony connects directly with agentOS to allow seamless access to your client account, with payees and property data shared between both systems.

Calmony is designed to work alongside agentOS as a fully integrated client account solution. Once your Calmony account is set up and linked to agentOS, you can access Calmony directly from within agentOS without needing to switch between separate systems.

Accessing Calmony from agentOS

Users with Finance or Owner security level in agentOS can access the Calmony section from within their agentOS account. This allows you to manage your client account, view payees, and process payments without leaving agentOS.

Shared data

Payee records and property information held in agentOS are accessible within Calmony, reducing the need to re-enter data. Payments and transactions processed through Calmony can be reconciled against the relevant records in agentOS.

Staff access

Access to the Calmony section within agentOS is controlled by user security levels. Only users with Finance or Owner level access are able to view and use Calmony features. If a staff member needs access, their security level will need to be updated by an account holder or administrator.
