How does AI lead analysis work in agentOS?
agentOS uses AI to automatically analyse incoming leads, assign a lead score, generate key tags, summarise the opportunity, and suggest recommended next steps — helping you respond quickly and appropriately to each enquiry.
The Leads section of agentOS includes AI-powered lead analysis that works for applicant tenants, applicant buyers (sales), and prospective landlords.
AI Tags
When a lead arrives, the AI scans the enquiry and generates tags that highlight the key standout points from the individual's message — for example, "Long Term Rentals", "Near Schools", "Budget Under £140,000", or "Furnished". These tags give you an at-a-glance summary of what the lead is looking for without needing to read the full enquiry.
Lead Score
Each lead is given a star rating out of five based on how complete and relevant their profile is. Five stars indicates a comprehensive application with all necessary information provided. Fewer stars highlight areas where you may need to follow up for additional details.
The scoring is measured against your agency's AI sentiment profile — a customised benchmark that reflects your ideal applicant characteristics based on your target market, organisational profile, and success metrics. AI Suggested Duplicates
The AI will automatically identify where the same individual has submitted multiple enquiries — for example, for different properties. These are flagged as suggested duplicates and shown with a match percentage. You can choose to View Lead, Skip, or Unlink each suggested duplicate, giving you a unified view of that person's complete enquiry history.
Opportunity & Next Steps
For each lead, the AI presents a clear summary of the opportunity — highlighting the most relevant details such as property interests, budget, and timeframe — alongside recommended next steps. These might include scheduling a viewing, qualifying the applicant's needs and budget, or sending specific property information. This helps you act quickly and appropriately for each enquiry.
Converting a lead to an applicant
When a lead looks promising, you can convert it to a full applicant profile with a single click using the Create Applicant button at the bottom of the lead record. The converted profile integrates directly with the agentOS diary, allowing you to schedule viewings, manage appointments, and send emails without re-entering any details. If the applicant is subsequently approved, they can be upgraded to tenant status from the same profile.
