How do I view tenant balances on a landlord's account?
Access a comprehensive Power Report showing all tenant balances associated with a landlord in one place, including ended tenancies and non-closed instructions.
This report looks up every tenant's balance that is on an instruction that is not closed, so will include Ended Tenancies. The report can be found on the landlord's account on the left-hand ladder, under Power Reports.
This way, if you want to see all of the tenant balances associated with the landlord, you can see them all in one place.
