How do I view sent emails in agentOS?
Your sent emails can be accessed via the inbox by clicking Sent in the left-hand ladder menu. To view a colleague's sent emails, search for their name in the search bar, open their staff profile, and select Notes from the left-hand menu.
agentOS allows you to view emails you have sent, as well as emails sent by colleagues, without leaving the system.
Viewing your own sent emails
- Click the Inbox tab along the top of the screen.
- In the left-hand ladder menu, select Sent.
- Click on the email category you would like to view — for example, My Emails, SMS, or Branch Emails.
Viewing a colleague's sent emails
To view emails sent by another staff member:
- Use the search bar to search for the staff member by name.
- From the search results, select Show the Staff and then click on the staff member's name or row to open their profile.
- Within their profile, select Notes from the left-hand ladder menu.
- Use the filters on the left-hand side to narrow results by time frame or note type, helping you locate the specific email you are looking for.
