How do I use Touchright or Inventory Base to produce property reports in agentOS?

agentOS integrates with two property report partners — Touchright and Inventory Base — allowing you to produce professional property reports and save them directly into agentOS. To get started, you will need to sign up with your chosen provider and contact agentOS to set up the integration.

Overview

agentOS partners with two providers for producing professional property reports: Touchright and Inventory Base. Both are very similar with minor differences; however, their functionality when linked with agentOS is near identical. The integration allows reports to be created in the provider's software and saved directly into the agentOS Saved Documents area, where they can also be emailed from within the system.

Before You Begin

Before using either integration within agentOS, you will need to contact your chosen provider directly to sign up for a package. Both providers are able to offer a demo or trial so you can see how they work before committing.

Once you have decided which provider you wish to use and have signed up, please let agentOS know and the API team will set up the integration for you. Contact support@agentos.com to arrange this.

How the Integration Works

Once the integration is active, the process for producing a property report works as follows:

Step 1 — Add the Appointment to Your agentOS Diary

Within agentOS, add the relevant appointment to your diary and link it to the specific property. Ensure that the correct appointment type is selected. For guidance on creating appointments and linking properties, refer to the Diary and Appointments article in the agentOS knowledge base.

Step 2 — The Provider Receives the Appointment Information

Once the appointment has been created, the chosen provider will receive the appointment information. This allows you to process the report within their software, creating a bespoke report for that property.

Step 3 — The Report is Saved to agentOS

Once the report has been completed in the provider's software, it will be saved into the agentOS Saved Documents area automatically.

Step 4 — Email the Report from agentOS

Once the report is in the Saved Documents area, it can be emailed directly from within agentOS if you wish to send it via the system.
