How do I use the Post-It Note (sticky note) in agentOS?
The Post-It Note — also referred to as a sticky note — can be added to any record in agentOS with a ladder menu. It displays a single, overwritable message visible to all staff, making it ideal for flagging prominent, at-a-glance information about a contact.
The Post-It Note (sticky note) is a prominent, overwritable note that sits on a record and is visible to every staff member who accesses it. Unlike standard notes, which build up as a permanent, timestamped log of activity, the Post-It Note holds only one message at a time and is intended for current, front-of-mind information — for example, "Do not call this landlord between 12pm and 1pm."
Because it can be overwritten at any time, it is best used for temporary or regularly updated reminders rather than as a permanent record. The saved note also displays the date and name of the staff member who last updated it.

How to add or update a Post-It Note
- Open the relevant record (such as a landlord, tenant, or contractor profile).
- Click on the Post-It Note area in the ladder menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Write your message in the note field.
- Click Save.
How to clear a Post-It Note
To remove the message, click Clear. The note field will be emptied and saved as blank.
