How do I use the People Balances report?
View and action tenant, landlord, and contractor balances in one place using this Power Report that filters people by their debit and credit positions.
Previously the way to get your people balances would be via the debtors and creditors report which you would have to export and then go into one by one.
This creates a new section in Accounts called People Balances. This only filters people with a balance so no one with a 0 balance is included here, but this is a much quicker way of checking your balances and actioning from one place.
The report includes downloadable files for:
- Contractors in Credit
- Tenants in Credit
- Landlords in Debit
- Tenants in Debit
- Landlords in Credit
- Contractors in Debit
