How do I use the Let Agreed Tenancies Report?
Access an interactive Power Report with clickable links to tenancy, property and landlord profiles, making it easy to manage let agreed tenancies with quick actions.
Let agreed tenancies have previously been viewable via the lettings tab > tenancy reports > let agreed tenancies. This report would helpfully show you the data, however you would need to go in search of the property/tenancy to change anything about this.
A new power report has been created which is interactive and includes clickable links to take you to different profiles on the system!
This report can be found under the lettings tab > Tenancy Reports > Let Agreed Tenancies xx (with a number included summarising how many are in this report)
The tenancy, property and landlord are all clickable links.
When you select the orange arrow on the tenancy, the tenancy actions appear - allowing you to cancel the let agreed, or sign etc.
