How do I use Quick Add Sales Instruction in agentOS?
Quick Add Sales Instruction allows you to rapidly create a new sales instruction in agentOS, either by entering details manually or by importing basic information from an existing Rightmove listing using a public Rightmove URL.
Quick Add Sales Instruction is a faster way to create a new Sales Instruction without going through the full Create Instruction / Appraisal process. It is found within the Sales Instructions section under the Sales tab.
Accessing Quick Add
- Click Sales in the top navigation bar
- Navigate to Sales Instructions
- At the top of the Sales Instructions screen, click the Quick Add Sales Instruction button (alongside the Create Instruction / Appraisal button)
Completing the Quick Add Form
The Quick Add form has several tabs to work through:
Property Details tab
- Enter the address fields (Address Number, Address 1–4, and Postcode)
- Add a Description of the property
- Optionally, enter any facilities (comma-separated)
Vendor 1 Details and Vendor 2 Details tabs
- Enter the contact details of the vendor(s)
Instruction Details tab
- Complete the instruction-specific information
New Homes tab
- Complete if the property is a new build
You must also select an Area from the dropdown (or create a new area) and assign a Branch before saving.
Importing from Rightmove
If the property already has a public listing on Rightmove, you can save time by pasting the Rightmove URL into the Rightmove Import field on the initial Quick Add screen. This will pre-populate basic property information from the existing listing.
Saving the Instruction
Once all required fields are completed across the tabs, click Quick Add Sales Instruction in the bottom right-hand corner to save the record.
