How do I upload a documentation signature in agentOS?
Go to the person icon > Staff > Actions > Upload Documentation Signature. The signature must be a JPG or PNG image, ideally 300 x 132 px.
agentOS allows you to upload a custom signature image to your staff record. Once uploaded, the signature will automatically appear on any generated documents that include the signature tag.
Image requirements:
- Format: JPG or PNG
- Recommended size: 300 x 132 px (though the exact dimensions may depend on your current document layout)
- You can resize your signature image using a programme such as Microsoft Paint or GIMP
How to upload your signature:
- Click the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Go to Staff
- Find your staff record and click the Actions button
- Select Upload Documentation Signature
- Upload your signature image file
Managing your signature:
From the same Actions menu, you can also:
- Download Documentation Signature — to retrieve a copy of your current signature image
- Delete Documentation Signature — to remove your signature from the system
Important note:
Documentation signatures are different from e-signing tags used for electronic signatures. If your current document templates do not include a signature tag and you would like to add one, contact support@agentos.com.
