How do I troubleshoot login issues in agentOS?
If you're having trouble logging in to agentOS, the most common causes include incorrect credentials, a disabled account, or a browser-related issue. The steps below cover how to identify and resolve the most frequent login problems.

The video below covers the most common login issues and how to resolve them:
Common login issues and how to fix them
Incorrect username or password Double-check that you are entering your username and password correctly. Passwords are case-sensitive and must include at least one capital letter, one number, and one symbol (for example, Password.1). If you have forgotten your password, an owner or client administrator at your agency can reset it for you via Settings > Staff. See the related article: How do I reset a password for a colleague in agentOS?
Account disabled If your account has been disabled, you will be unable to log in. An owner or client administrator can re-enable your account by going to Settings > Staff, using the "Show Disabled" toggle to locate your profile, and switching your Enabled status back to YES.
Browser issues If the login page is not loading correctly or behaving unexpectedly, try the following:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser (agentOS works best in Google Chrome)
- Disable any browser extensions that may be interfering
Single Sign-On (SSO) users If your agency uses SSO, make sure you are logging in with your SSO email address rather than a separate agentOS username. If you have forgotten your SSO password, you can reset it from the login screen by selecting "Forgot your password?"
