How do I transfer money between two people's accounts in agentOS?

Use the Transfer To Another Person or Transfer From Another Person actions, found in the Actions menu on either person's profile, to move money between two people's main accounts.

If you need to move money from one person's main account to another person's main account, you can use either the Transfer To Another Person or Transfer From Another Person actions within agentOS.

Note: This method is for transfers between main accounts only. If you need to move money between specific sub-accounts (such as Outstanding General, Outstanding Bond, or Tenant Bond Held), you will need to use a Journal Transfer instead. To make a transfer:

  1. Search for one of the people involved in the transfer using the search bar and open their record.
  2. Click the Actions button in the top right of the record.
  3. Select either Transfer To Another Person or Transfer From Another Person, depending on the direction of the transfer.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the transfer.

Both options are available from the Actions menu on any person's profile under the Accounting section.
