How do I set up a contractor commission in agentOS?

Contractor commission is set on the contractor's profile under Bank Details. Once configured, agentOS automatically deducts the agency's commission percentage whenever a payment is received from the landlord for completed works.

You can add a commission percentage to a contractor's profile so that when a landlord pays the contractor for work completed, agentOS automatically deducts an agency contractor fee.

Setting the commission percentage

  1. Open the contractor's record in agentOS.
  2. Click Edit in the top right.
  3. Go to the Bank Details tab.
  4. Find the Commission field under Payment Details.
  5. Enter the commission percentage (for example, 10.00 for 10%).
  6. Save the record.

Once this is set, the commission will be deducted automatically each time a payment flows from the landlord to the contractor for works completed.
