How do I send an email to a lead in agentOS?

To email a lead in agentOS, you must first convert them to a profile (Applicant, Landlord, Buyer, or Vendor) using the Actions button on the lead record. Once converted, you can send emails or use email templates from within the profile.

Leads in agentOS cannot be emailed directly. To send an email to a lead, you must first convert them to a full profile within the system.

Step 1: Convert the lead to a profile

  1. Open the lead record in agentOS.
  2. Click the Actions button on the lead record.
  3. From the Actions menu, select the appropriate conversion option:
    • Lettings: Convert to Applicant or Convert to Landlord
    • Sales: Convert to Buyer or Convert to Vendor
  4. Complete the conversion process.

Step 2: Send the email

Once the lead has been converted to a profile, open the profile record. Use the main Actions drop-down on the profile to send an email or select an email template held on the system.
