How do I send a rent chase to an individual tenant?

Find the tenant in the Rent Chase list, use the Orange Actions menu, and select either "Send Chase SMS" or "Send Chase Email".

agentOS allows you to send rent chase communications to individual tenants directly from the Rent Chase list.

Step-by-step process:

  1. Navigate to Accounts > Rent Chase
  2. Locate the tenant in the Rent Chase list
  3. Click on the Orange Actions menu for that tenant
  4. Select either:
    • "Send Chase SMS" to send a text message reminder
    • "Send Chase Email" to send an email reminder

What happens when you send a chase:

The system will send a rent reminder communication to that tenant about their overdue payment. The communication will be sent using the templates and settings configured in your agentOS system.

SMS vs Email options:

agentOS provides both SMS and email options for rent chasing. Your organisation may have preferences or procedures about which method to use in different situations.
